This policy explains what information AM Studio collects when you use amstudiohq.com, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
Who we are
AM Studio is a design and development studio providing motion graphics, 3D visualization, SaaS development, and application development services. For anything relating to this policy or your data, contact us at info@amstudiohq.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us. When you submit the project request form, that is:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name and website, if you provide them
- The services you are interested in
- Your budget range and timeline, if you provide them
- The project details you write
- How you found us, if you tell us
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not set cookies of our own.
Why we use it
We use what you send solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or proposal, and carry out any work you go on to commission. The lawful basis is your request to enter into discussions with us, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries we receive.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a third-party form-handling service. Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages, and our email is handled through Namecheap email forwarding and Google (Gmail). These providers process data on our behalf and operate under their own privacy terms.
As with any website, our host and these providers may record technical information such as IP address and browser type as part of normal operation and abuse prevention. We do not use that information to build a profile of you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months in case you come back to us, then deleted. Records connected to work we actually carry out are kept for as long as needed to deliver the project and to satisfy accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop using it for a particular purpose
- Send you a copy in a portable format
Email info@amstudiohq.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority and you are unhappy with how we have handled your request, you have the right to complain to them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send confidential material through the form — tell us it exists and we will arrange a secure route.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Where we link to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already sent will be communicated to you directly where we can.
